PodSplit takes copyright seriously. If you believe content processed by PodSplit infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to the address below and we will respond within 7 days.

What to include in a takedown notice

1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
2. The PodSplit job URL or output filename, plus the source YouTube URL the user submitted.
3. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner.
5. A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

What we do

On receipt of a complete notice, we will:

• Remove the affected output files from our storage.
• Notify the user who submitted the original URL.
• Suspend the user's account if a pattern of infringement emerges.

Counter-notice

If you are a PodSplit user and your output has been removed under a takedown notice you believe to be mistaken, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address with the same identifying information plus a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that repeatedly submit URLs subject to valid takedown notices will be terminated.
